CALL FOR ENTRIES
Condition
The target audience would be general audience with wide ranging audience demographics, from young children to adults, and from different race and religion backgrounds; we do appreciate it artists submitting works that are respectful of Singapore's laws and protection of the sensitivity of ethic, social and religious harmony of all people.
Per the governing laws of Singapore and in line with IMDA regulations, to avoid ineligibility, we appreciate all participants to adhere to the following in your works
- Avoid sensitive issues pertaining to Race and Religion; adhere to local social norms or prevailing social norms, accepted by majority
- Avoid depiction of expletive languages and violence which may frighten or invite imitation, especially from children.
- Avoid mature content includes, such as, sexual content in verbal or non-verbal references or depictions, crime, juvenile delinquency, promiscuity, gangsterism and critiques on race, religion and politics, alternative sexualities, fetishes and addictions.

Entry categories:
Group 1 - Treasured: Age 8-12 years old Group 2 - Beloved: Age 13-17 years old
Group 3 - Awesome: Age 18 years and above
Submission Requirements:
- Original Artwork Only: All entries must be original and created entirely by the artist.
- No Digital or AI-Generated Art: Digital art, AI-generated works and copied workshop
- Source Material: All source material, ideas, and compositions must be wholly original.
- Exhibition History: Submitted works must not have been shown in other exhibitions.
- Content Restrictions: Artworks must not contain any of the following or similar themes, inline with IMDA regulations, such as, Nudity, depictions of homosexuality or explicit love themes, Glorification of death, indulgence, or violence, Swearing, racism, or offensive language
Mediums:
The artwork should primarily use water-based media, including but not limited to:
Watercolor, Acrylic, Gouache, Ink on watercolor paper
Note: For Group 1 and Group 2, gouache, acrylic, colored pencils, and creative paintings is also acceptable.
Exhibition participation options:
A) Actual Exhibition Participation (»Print to show»)
- Artists do not need to ship their original paintings.
- All artists will be required to submit a printed version of their artwork,
which will be used for the exhibition.
- Artists must cover the print fee for their artwork
- The organizers will unify the printing process using high quality Watercolor paper (or other selected materials) for all submissions
B) Catalog Participation Only
Artists who do not wish to participate in the physical exhibition and Print-to-Show option may choose to participate only in the catalog. 1 or more paintings images printed images printed in the catalog.

PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES
1st Stage: Submission of Painting Images
& Entry Fee (Period: before 5th October 2025)

Important Notes:
- Artist to bear All transaction fees (including bank, PayPal, or electronic transfer charges)
- Entries submitted without full payment will not be accepted.
- Entry fees are non-refundable.
- While 1 entry per artist will be selected, approximately 99% of artists are expected to be selected.
a) Artists must send their painting images and entry fee payment together during this period.
b) Ensure all required documents and payment receipts are included in the submission.

b) Image Specifications
- Accepted Formats: JPG, JPEG, TIFF, PNG
- File Size: Between 3MB and 5MB
- Resolution: Minimum 300 dpi
c) Painting Size Limits
- Group 1 & 2: Minimum size 38 x 26.5 cm (no upper size limit)
- Group 3: Minimum size 38 x 28 cm (no upper size limit)
