Целевая аудитория выставки от маленьких детей до взрослых, представители разных рас и вероисповеданий; мы ценим, что художники представляют работы, которые соответствуют законам Сингапура и защищают этическую, социальную и религиозную гармонию всех людей.

В соответствии с действующим законодательством Сингапура и правилами IMDA, во избежание дисквалификации, мы просим всех участников придерживаться следующих правил в своих работах:

• Избегайте деликатных вопросов, касающихся расы и религии;
• придерживайтесь социальных норм
• Избегайте использования ненормативной лексики и насилия, которые могут напугать или спровоцировать подражание, особенно со стороны детей.
• Избегайте контента для взрослых, к которому относятся, например, материалы сексуального характера в виде вербальных или невербальных ссылок или изображений, преступления, правонарушения несовершеннолетних, распущенность, гангстеризм и критика расы, религии и политики, альтернативной сексуальности, фетишей и зависимостей.

Группа 1 «Treasured» (8-12 лет)
Группа 2 «Beloved» (13-17 лет)
Группа 3 «Awesome» (возраст 18+)

Варианты участия в выставке:
А) Участие в выставке («Print to show»)
- Художникам не нужно отправлять свои оригинальные картины
- Художники должны оплатить стоимость печати своих работ

Организаторы используют высококачественную акварельную бумагу для печати работ.

B) Участие «Только в каталоге»
Художники, которые не желают участвовать в живой выставке принтом, могут выбрать участие в выставке «Только в каталоге»

Требования к подаче заявок:

• Только оригинальные работы
• Все работы должны быть оригинальными и созданы художником
• Никаких цифровых работ или работ, созданных с помощью искусственного интеллекта

Исходный материал:
Все исходные материалы, идеи и композиции должны быть полностью оригинальными.

Представленные работы не должны были представлены на других выставках.

Для создания работ следует использовать материалы на водной основе, в том числе, но не ограничиваясь ими: акварель, акрил, гуашь, чернила на акварельной бумаге

Примечание:
Для групп 1 и 2 также допустимы гуашь, акриловые краски, цветные карандаши и творческие рисунки.

ВАЖНЫЕ ЗАМЕЧАНИЯ
Организаторы оставляют за собой право отклонить любую заявку, которая не полностью соответствует вышеуказанным требованиям.

Отправляя свое художественное изображение и вступительный взнос, вы подтверждаете, что полностью принимаете все положения и условия, изложенные в Руководстве по участию, и любые дополнительные инструкции, предоставленные по электронной почте компанией IWS Singapore.

Авторские права художники предоставляют IWS Singapore как эксклюзивное право на использование представленных ими работ исключительно для рекламы фестиваля и вида искусства. Это включает использование печатных материалов, каталогов и рекламы в социальных сетях на выставке в формате «Print to show».

Рамы :
Организаторы предоставят одинаковые рамки для всех картин, представленных на выставке

Сертификат:
Каждый участник получит цифровой сертификат и доступ к цифровому каталогу

Отправка сертификата:
Все электронные сертификаты будут размещены на странице IWS SINGAPORE в Facebook после завершения выставки.

Распечатанные сертификаты:
Только те художники, которые лично посетят выставку и мероприятие в Сингапуре, получат распечатанные сертификаты

Распечатанный каталог и сертификат:
Художники, оплатившие печатный каталог, получат сертификат в печатном виде вместе со своим печатным каталогом. Оба товара будут отправлены вместе.

CALL FOR ENTRIES

Condition
The target audience would be general audience with wide ranging audience demographics, from young children to adults, and from different race and religion backgrounds; we do appreciate it artists submitting works that are respectful of Singapore's laws and protection of the sensitivity of ethic, social and religious harmony of all people.
Per the governing laws of Singapore and in line with IMDA regulations, to avoid ineligibility, we appreciate all participants to adhere to the following in your works

1. Avoid sensitive issues pertaining to Race and Religion; adhere to local social norms or prevailing social norms, accepted by majority
2. Avoid depiction of expletive languages and violence which may frighten or invite imitation, especially from children.
3. Avoid mature content includes, such as, sexual content in verbal or non-verbal references or depictions, crime, juvenile delinquency, promiscuity, gangsterism and critiques on race, religion and politics, alternative sexualities, fetishes and addictions.

Entry categories:
Group 1 - Treasured: Age 8-12 years old
Group 2 - Beloved: Age 13-17 years old
Group 3 - Awesome: Age 18 years and above

Submission Requirements:

1. Original Artwork Only: All entries must be original and created entirely by the artist.
2. No Digital or AI-Generated Art: Digital art, AI-generated works and copied workshop
3. Source Material: All source material, ideas, and compositions must be wholly original.
4. Exhibition History: Submitted works must not have been shown in other exhibitions.
5. Content Restrictions: Artworks must not contain any of the following or similar themes, inline with IMDA regulations, such as, Nudity, depictions of homosexuality or explicit love themes, Glorification of death, indulgence, or violence, Swearing, racism, or offensive language

Mediums:
The artwork should primarily use water-based media, including but not limited to:
Watercolor, Acrylic, Gouache, Ink on watercolor paper

Note: For Group 1 and Group 2, gouache, acrylic, colored pencils, and creative paintings is also acceptable.

Exhibition participation options:
A) Actual Exhibition Participation (»Print to show»)
- Artists do not need to ship their original paintings.
- All artists will be required to submit a printed version of their artwork,
which will be used for the exhibition.
- Artists must cover the print fee for their artwork

• The organizers will unify the printing process using high quality Watercolor paper (or other selected materials) for all submissions

B) Catalog Participation Only
Artists who do not wish to participate in the physical exhibition and Print-to-Show option may choose to participate only in the catalog. 1 or more paintings images printed images printed in the catalog.

1st Stage: Submission of Painting Images

• Artist to bear All transaction fees (including bank, PayPal, or electronic transfer charges)
• Entries submitted without full payment will not be accepted.

• While 1 entry per artist will be selected, approximately 99% of artists are expected to be selected.

a) Artists must send their painting images and entry fee payment together during this period.
b) Ensure all required documents and payment receipts are included in the submission.

Copy Right: Artist's Grant of Rights
Artists grant IWS Singapore exclusive rights to use their submitted artwork solely for romoting the festival and the art form. This includes use in the "Print to Show" exhibition printed materials, catalogs, and social media advertising

2nd Stage: Notification of Selected Artists
Selected artists will be notified individually via email. The email will detail which painting(s) have been selected for the actual exhibition and provide the corresponding payment details.

Selected artists must complete their participation fee payment by this date to confirm their place in the exhibition.

Post-Selection process
Shortlisted artists will be notified by email around 25th October 2025 and must complete payment by 5th December 2025. Payment options include "Print-to-Show" exhibition or Catalog Participation only.

Important Notes:

1. All artists located in Singapore, regardless of their country of origin, will be considered local artists and must pay the local artist fees.

3. Local artists must collect their catalogs during the event; no shipping of catalogs will be provided.
4. This exhibition will be "Print to Show". If an artist insists on displaying their original painting, it be donated and will not be returned.

FRAME, CERTIFICATE & CATALOGUE
Framing:
The organizers will provide uniform framing for all the paintings in the exhibition

Certificates:
Every participant, whether in the actual exhibition or catalog participation
only, will receive a well-designed Digital Certificate. This includes awarded certificates, and their selected works will be printed in the exhibition catalog

Certificate Upload:
All certificates will be uploaded to Facebook IWS SINGAPORE REAL PAGE after the conclusion of the exhibition.

Printed Certificates:
Only artists who attend the exhibition and event in person in Singapore will receive a printed certificate. Digital certificates will be provided to all other

Printed Catalog & Certificate:
Artists who have paid for a printed catalog will receive a printed certificate along with their printed catalog. Both items will be shipped together.
